Pratibha Rawal is a journalist-turned-politician serving as Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, and Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation. Born in Aithpur, Bhimdutta Municipality, Kanchanpur, she is a graduate of the Asian College of Journalism in India (2014–2015 batch). She worked as a programme producer at Galaxy Television and served in Rabi Lamichhane's private secretariat before entering politics. At 32, she became a minister on her very first parliamentary term after being elected via the RSP proportional representation list under the Khas Arya female cluster. She also serves as the RSP's co-spokesperson.
