Dhan Bahadur Budha is a long‑time leftist politician from Dolpa. He is a central committee member and district in‑charge of the CPN (Unified Socialist). Budha previously served as chair of Dolpa’s District Development Committee and was elected to the Constituent Assembly in 2070 and 2074 BS. He briefly served as Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, promoting tourism and cultural heritage in the remote Karnali region.
