Low‑interest loans for marginalised entrepreneurs

To promote small and marginalised entrepreneurs, the manifesto pledges to provide loans of up to NPR 10 million (1 crore) at a 5 percent interest rate for disabled, marginalised and small entrepreneurs. The goal is to encourage self‑employment and small business growth.
